Which Bruce Wayne's skull is Black hand holding? In final crisis you see Superman carrying a Batman suited skeleton in his arms, but at the end of the final book you see Batman alive and well making cave paintings.
This is one question I would like to see answered, but it probably wont be resolved for another year of two then DC will probably bring back Bruce Wayne as Batman and then have Dick Grayson go back to being Nightwing.
Would that be better then Dick Grayson becoming Batwoman?
I'm still waiting for the reveal that Damon is not Bruce's, but Jason's son.

It seems Darkseid ripped them apart he sent Bruce into the past and killed "Batman" in the present this is how Black Hand can hold Batman's skull while Bruce is in the past. It's not unlike the transporter accident that created two Rykers (I think the episode is Second Chances) one got beamed back aboard the ship so it left not realizing a second identical Ryker was left behind. As the episode continues you realize the two Rykers are very different personality wise "Thomas" William Ryker is very brash, cocky, and still is in love with Deanna Troi. While the William T.Ryker we've come to know is straight laced, takes his duties seriously, and put Deanna on the back burner to focus on carrier.

I like this thought a lot. Don't know if this is the way they will go, but it makes sense out of a bunch of stuff that Black Hand said about Bruce being the key to something or another...
Maybe it's not Bruce's skull, but someone buried in his place. Someone who had apparently died as well at the end of RIP. Maybe the Joker's dead body was placed in Bruce's grave to throw people off.
