A new Wendell Quasar would be nice, just as long as they decide if the energy form is going to stick or not.

More than most figures Quasar has suffered from rules/dial design changes. Coming from the 1st set he has the typical point drag of many near useless clicks at the end of his dial. No ranged attacks while based for fliers hurts him a lot as well. There was also the persistent rumor/leaked info that RCE was originally intended to be "Ranged BCF" and Quasar's dial was designed with that in mind.

As far as the IC figure, I think it'd be equitable to flip the defense powers. Give him Defend where he has Barrier at the top of the dial, then give him Barrier where he was Defend at the end of the dial. I'd pay 122 for that.
