Hold on to those fond memories of the D&D cartoon. I watched them again recently, or should I say, tried to. It's almost unwatchably bad.

Born 1980. The toons now-n-days su ck. Cartoon network had a great thing going when it first came out. now its over run with the dumb ed's, kids next door. Dexters lab was good until they changed the art work and had monkey get with Ducky. after that I never watched again. what is that cr ap. they have a few saving graces such as adult swim and JL. Sam Jack is cool too. They have infinate possability. I'm not sure what happend. I guess that they realized that they had a monoply and just stopped trying. Like wrestling but thats a whole nother matter.
Cartoon network ruined transformers. The orginal had cool characters and an interesting storyline. The new one is pokemon with robots. If you havn't seen the show it has freaking tiny robots that have to be found in order to use their power and win the war. They also ruined all the old characters, like blur, and for some odd reason for optimus prime to go toe to toe with megatron, he has to merge with his trailer.
I think that some new cartoons are pretty good: Samurai Jack, X-Men Evolution, JLA, Batman. And I think the new He-Man cartoons are much better then the old ones. I got that free video with the purchase of a figure deal and it was horrible! I loved it as a kid but could not watch it as an adult.
Superfriends was terribly cheesy, yet I dish out the $40 for DC Direct two packs. It is a matter of perspective. At one point I remember loving Sesame Street and Mr.Roger's.
You can't blame Cartoon Network for the Armada series. It's a Japanese anime series based on Transformers. Yes, it is awful, but Cartoon Network definately shouldn't be blamed for it....
"Come on Hulk! Where's the old boasting? The battle cries? Why aren't you bellowing about how you're 'the strongest one there is'? Could it be because... you know it's not true?"
"No. Because it's just too obvious."

Has anyone on here been reading the new Masters of the Univers comic? It's one of the best comics out right now and the art & writing is classic He-Man! 5 Stars!
