A great fig, he just about won the opening sealed events for me, single-handedly. As many have said, he's just about on par with Thanos, though lacking those extra 27 points for some support pieces or feats will hurt him some.
He's not a guy that's going to get fielded a lot, but the All-Father here will be sure no one will forget this appearance on the field. Mid-Dial is kinda weak (PB is good, but SS?), but Front 4, and Back 3 Clix are fearsome!
The Inhuman of Team Vegas,
Black Bolt of the Vegas Illuminati
Another nasty piece out of this set, but I agree that once you get him towards mid-dial, that he tends to become weak...but will definitely remember that he was there.
I played with odin straight from my god booster. and for his price on a sealed tournament. not worth the risk. outside of a sealed tournament he is an easy target for hypersonic. not quite what i would have expected for a warrior god of all gods. but he would be a great back up piece for a 1000 point asgardian theme team.
Absolutely love this figure. One of my favorite pieces from the set. What really makes him mean is that upfront 19 defense. Slap a few perplexes on there and he can get up to a 22! What I do with him is throw Streak of Luck on him so I dont take push, and hes pretty guaranteed to be missed once or twice, and I dont take damage from rolling 2 ones. Just a fearsome fearsome piece.
Streak of Luck is an awesome idea for him. Nice. I wouldn't bother with the Perplex up of Defense though, just have him pick up a Desk or Tombstone, and park him in some hindering. Also, add Shellhead for some more Defensive greatness. This figure is another beast from this set. I love the way this set was designed, and plays. Reminds me of Legacy, with out the strictly front loaded dials. A better than average Range of 8, with 3 :bolt::bolt::bolt:. 12 AV, 5 Damage with Outwit. Power cosmic TA (obviously) Phasing, Super Strength and the power of powers: Pulse Wave. Truly a King of Gods among mortals. Combine it all with the excellent back end of this dial, and it's easy to see how he is 295 points. I can't wait until mine arrives, and I can play it. (Thanks Hair10)
Trade to Canada. We're friendly, and we love Beavers..........
Man...talk about mean, I used Odin with the special Mjolnir object and rolled a natural 6. Ouch. Odin should definetly have had a ten or twelve range, though. I would have also liked a super Outwit/Perplex/Probability Control SP or something to represent the awesome power of the Odinforce. Other than that, for a tentpole peice, he's uber.
I played him today at a tournament and while I did pull out a win, I'm not very impressed with him overall. He has his uses in higher point games, obviously, but most of the time he's just going to get killed without doing too much. He's way weaker than he should be, but he looks cool. Not unplayable by a long stretch, but not quite right either. Plus, I was hoping for a special power to represent his raven spies-something like starter Doom's Outwit anywhere power.

I cannot understand why you're complaining about a figure with 11 clicks of life, a triple target 8 range, starting 12 AV and 19 DV with Imperv and a 5 DaV with Outwit who can't be Outwitted himself and doesn't take pushing damage. You should be so blessed! Run Odin and the Warriors Three in a 600pt game, and even without flight, they will clean the clocks of just about any opponent.

When it comes to Superman and Batman, Grant Morrison is nothing but a 50's cover band in a 70's psychedelic funk style.
I'm just glad we finally have clixs again with 11 click dials. REALLY LONG stretch there where we didn't (even on multiple figs pushing WAY past the 250+ point mark). Concerninng the figure overall... not bad. Definitely useful sometimes (pulled off a Nova Blast with him on his starting click and nailed 5 enemy targets at once...TAKING NO PUSHING damage from the action either). Other time, not so much. A well constructed team using the multiple variations of cheese in the game can easily take him out. I'll probably pull him out from time to time however... if for no other reason than to make other figures take on the LORD OF ASGARD himself!!!! Bwahahahaha!

Uh... Nova Blast ignores Willpower and Team Abilities (like Power Cosmic), so he should have still taken the pushing damage...
