Hopefully this is the best way to present the picture for you guys.
It shows that it is #100
As SWTony posted elsewhere, here's the solicitation info:
The ever-popular Buy it by the Brick reward program is continued in The Brave and the Bold! This time, it features the exclusive Batman/Catwoman Buy it by the Brick figure.
Each piece will have individual collector numbering and limited to 5000 pieces. The figure will NOT be shipping with the bricks.
Customers wanting the figure will have to go through Mail-In Redemption to recieve their pieces. Mail-in redemption requires 10 The Brave and the Bold UPCs and redemption coupon.
There's no mention of a limit per order or household yet, so hopefully that's coming. I do like that it appears that 10 boosters will satisfy the booster requirement, and not just a full brick purchased at one time, although that's clearly not set in stone yet.
The figure is awesome, going back to the limited to 5000 Brick figure is seriously lame. You would think the new Wizkids would have learned from the Old Wizkids.
All I want is the figure, and for everyone else who buys a brick to get the figure. As far as I can tell, that's basically what happened with Ragnarok Surtur. Even if your FLGS fell through, he's super cheap on the secondary market.
That sounds like Exhibit A for going back to the old system. If there's going to be that many brick figures available for cheap and you're someone who's more apt to by individual pieces, why buy a brick?

Why buy a brick if you're not going to get the figure?
The whole damned limited edition garbage needs to go, no matter what system is used.
I'm in Providence! I've been out of the hobby, but I'm looking for Saturday gaming. Send me a PM if you know the down-low!
Nice sculpt, though the Bat Signal looks kind of plain. Not sure I like the double base though, and is it a duo? I am hating the whole return to mail in UPC codes Limited Edition of the BiBtB figures though.
A little story about the BiBtB Surtur:
I was out of town recently, and I stopped into a comic/game shop in the city I was in. They had very few HC. I asked the owner, and he told me that he'd sold out of HC since the return. He told me that he'd bought/sold 124 cases (seems like a little bit of a 'lie' to me). He had the BiBtB Surtur figures. He had them in a case (about 12 of them) and he was trying to sell them off for........$24.95 each. I honestly don't understand how anyone who'd be knowledgeable/interested in HC would be remotely fooled by that price. He must have been hoping for some 'sucker' to come into his shop and 'Ooooooohhh, aaaahhhhhhhhh, look at that cool figure'. The thing was, that looking at the rest of his HC related stuff, they were reasonably priced. He had Galactus for $95.00, Foom for $50.00, Starro for $50.00
Trade to Canada. We're friendly, and we love Beavers..........
Nice sculpt, but I could have done without the giant bat signal. I was imagining the two of them standing together without the crazy set pieces. I was also kinda hoping CW would be in her purple outfit, but that's just a personal preference.

Well, for me, its primarily to get a whole bunch of the figures from the set. Brick figures are just a bonus.
Quoted for truth, and +rep to you, oh common-sensical one. :-)
I bought my Hammer of Thor brick because A) I wanted to get a bunch at once, and B) there was a discount in doing so. In that case, I also did want the brick figure, so I could do the JSA vs. Ragnarok battle.
On the other hand, I'm planning on buying a case of Brave and the Bold. I'm a huge DC fan, and I plan on giving some dupes to friends and maybe trading some for whatever I may be missing (hopefully not much out of a whole case, lol). I actually [i]don't[i] really care about the brick figure much at all. Better pictures may inspire me, and I'll probably still send away for it. But if I don't get it, it doesn't really bug me. And if they do an unnumbered run later, I'd be just as happy with that as with the numbered.
I'm interested in playing, not collecting it to sit on a shelf.

When it comes to Superman and Batman, Grant Morrison is nothing but a 50's cover band in a 70's psychedelic funk style.
