Is mystics damage penetrating? Does toughness work on it?

Can leap/climbers move across water without penalty?

It is damage TAKEN, so you really can do nothing with it.

Yes. L/C allows the guy to ignore hindering during movement. Water terrain IS hindering terrain during movement.

Mystic damage is unavoidable so not only does it ignore damage reducers, it ignores mastermind, super senses, etc.

It's not technically "unavoidable" damage.

Right. There's just no way to avoid it. Not that I can think of at least.

but there are some ways to damage a mystic without taking the feedback damage:

- pulse wave
- incacipate
- force blast into a wall / off the roof

i'm not sure about splash damage of energy explosion?!?

Yeah sure. Poison is good too.
Nope, that doesn't do it. Mystics activates when the figure takes damage from an attack, which is precisely what happens in an Energy Explosion attack - there is no need to target the Mystic.

HEY! how about doomsday using Quake on mystics! I just read that's mystics damage y damage TAKEN, doomsday special power would stop the dial damage of multiple mystics hitted by quake?

Not exactly.

DD would stop turning the dial on damage taken, but hitting 8 Mystics would result in 8 single clicks, not one big chunk of 8 damage.

No. Damage taken is damage taken. Click the dial.
Yeah, if DD had 8 tokens on there and rolled a 2, he'd have 10 clicks of unavoidable damage, but his SP would stop the dial from turning.
