I just have a few questions that have happened in recent games.
1. Can you wildcard Kingdom Come/ Hypertime ability?
2. Who has to break away during a TK attempt, the fig using the TK or the fig being moved with TK? Would it be both if they are both based?
3. The new Captain America's special attack says it is stopped by walls and indoor blocking terrain. How are attacks on elevated terrain affected by this? It would seem that he could attack over elevated terrain which I think would be absurd.
4. Does Fortitude prevent indomitable/flight from being outwitted?
5. When OOTS Batman uses his OOTS does he break-away automatically if he is based?

1) Yes. The description for the Hypertime TA can be found on page 12-2 of the Unrestricted Player's Guide, 12-1 in the Restricted.
2) The figure who wants to move must break away. It does not matter if the character with TK is adjacent to an opposing character, as long as he still has line of fire to the target. The relevant text is on page 14 of the Fantastic Four rulebook.
3) He can indeed attack over Elevated Terrain. Sometimes it's best not to overanalyze these things.
4) As written, Fortitude only protects powers. Abilities are fair game.
5) Batman does not need to break away. This is on page 3-3 of the Unrestricted Player's Guide, 3-1 in the Restricted.

1. Yes...but remember, it plays off of Team Symbol, not ability.
2. The fig being moved, but the TKer get's the token. No breakawy necessary for the TKer, even if the TKer is adjacent.
3. absurd? Maybe...but true nonetheless.
4. No. It only prevents powers from being outwitted...Those are abilities.
5. No breakaway necessary. He is being placed, he is not moving.
Well, I AM pretty awesome.
An understanding of the law of large numbers leads to a realization that what appear to be fantastic improbabilities are not remarkable at all but, merely to be expected.

We should clarify this to avoid confusion.
Wildcards can copy and use the Hypertime TA. The Player's Guide updated the ability to read "character using the Hypertime team ability" instead of "Hypertime team member."
The symbol comes into play for this portion: "Characters with this team symbol and characters suffering knock back ignore this team ability."
So if Kingdom Come Superman were to use Charge against Rip Hunter, then he could ignore the Hypertime TA because he has the symbol.
But if Young Superman were to copy Hypertime and use Charge, he could not ignore the Hypertime TA because he does not have the symbol.
Also worth pointing out... this is the only case where a team ability has two symbols: The KC on Kingdom Come figures, and the white star used from Justice League onward. The two are considered interchangeable; Crisis KC Superman and Unleashed KC Superman can approach one another without a problem.
