Why he have a Defenders keyword?

He became an associate member in Giant-Size Defenders #3

The thing is, his first click is not half bad - having dual-target Incapacitate sets him apart from the crowd for at least one reason. Unfortunately, the rest of his dial can do nothing except "get in the way", and for 45 points that's not really acceptable these days. I don't like ultra top-loading, and this guy is one of the worst examples. Keep your fingers crossed for his Super Senses, because 16 defense won't protect him.
