does a person need to keep a line of sight for outwit to stay in effect. ex. - blackpanther uses outwit to take away iron man's invulnerability, black panther then moves and loses a line of sight at iron man. then rogue brings in firelord so firelord can take a shot at iron man. will iron man still not have invulnerability?
Outwit has a range of 10 right? My brother thought Outiwt only had the character's range and if the character had no range (Like Catwoman) then the range is 4.
I believe, that whatever doesn't kill you, makes you stranger.

Your Brother is confusing Mind Control with Outwit. But if it makes him feel better sometimes when playing Darkseid I forget that MC uses the Printed Range.. not Outwit's range of 10.
Outwit needs LOF to be established. IF LOF passes through Blocking Terrain then there is no LOF. A stealthy figure in or behind hindering terrain is considered to be in blocking terrain.
All they're saying is that you need a 10-square LOF at the time the Outwit is declared. So, if you have a 10-square LOF with your Black Panther on someone, Outwit away! If you move Black Panther after the Outwit has been declared the Outwit does not go away. Outwit only goes away if:
1. The Outwitting figure loses Outwit, via damage, or pushing, or having it Outwitted.
2. A full turn has passed since the Outwit was declared.
