So in the "Cheese where is the line" thread, LAMP has been brought up several times. I never really got to play LAMP as it was during a time when I took a break from Heroclix and by the time I got back into it, the LAMP craze had faded. So I was thinking about it and was curious if LAMP is still possible today. I know you can run it, but is it still viable. Is anything better than Vet Icons Joker and Lockjaw? Would a double timing Nightshade be of value to the team as well so that you could toss out her SP to further help Joker and Lockjaw? It's just a few ideas but I figured I'd pose the question to everyone to gather more thoughts on it.
It's like Michael Jordan going to the YMCA to play basketball.

My current version of it is warbounding Nightshade to Skrull Infiltrator. Feat up as necessary. Armor piercing is nice, because it lets one get through, but if I've got the points, I'd rather put on Thinker with Thwart, Lois Lane and Alfred, so Thinker is stealthed, can see stealth, and can get rid of any feat (fortitude) so that the whole Nightshade cloud sticks. If you really want to be mean, also warbound Icicle to Henchman, so that the opponent is always pushed and stuck in the clouds.
Also, make sure to use the new BFC Knockout Gas. It makes Nightshade really nasty!
I honestly think LAMP is slightly more difficult to pull off in a restricted environment (especially with feats like AP retired, and a 10% feat cap), but it remains a viable strategy in the current game.
