One last related question... I know I asked something similar before but it was prior to the rules change about useing/possesing powers.

If I wanted to be an amuse-bouche and play SI Dr Strange with an Intergang Agent and furthermore be a cartouche by assigning Dissent to Dr. Strange, would it be possible for me to become a Nike Swoosh and use Dissent on the top of his dial by having him copy the Supes Enemy TA?
