My question is: if a fig like V - Cyclops shots at all 3 of his targets, can he hit 3 targets at 10 range each, or does the total range need to be 10??

My understanding is he can shot at 3 targets 10 spaces away in any directions.(10 spaces to A, 10 to B, and 9 to C) But a friend of mine says all three targets need to be a total of 10 spaces away meaning (3 spaces to A, 3 spaces to B, and 4 spaces to C).

Veteran Cyclops can target three different opposing figures at up to 10 squares away in any direction. That is 10 squares in each direction not a total of 10. You are right.

You are correct. All three targets can be 10 spaces away and still be valid targets.
