lets say im on a rooftop with Zatanna who has a range of 8 and force blast. does this mean:
1.) I can just choose a character adjacent to me and NOT roll and use my force blast? It just counts as a move action correct?
2.) The figures moves away up to my range? So i can choose to move them from 0 to 8 spaces away? Or is it set at 8 spaces?
3.) lets say im on the roof, and i use to to knock wolverine backwards, does he take the damage of 2 for falling off a roof? does his defensive super power like toughness, impervious or invulneribility reduce this damage??

2.) The figures moves away up to my range? So i can choose to move them from 0 to 8 spaces away? Or is it set at 8 spaces? No. They move away exactly equal to damage not range. So with a R Zatana you move them directly away exactly 2 spaces.
3.) lets say im on the roof, and i use to to knock wolverine backwards, does he take the damage of 2 for falling off a roof? does his defensive super power like toughness, impervious or invulneribility reduce this damage?? No he only takes 1 damage (after toughness reduces by 1). A character with Inv would have it reduced b 2, and a Character with Impervious would take the full 2.
ok thanks for the reply. a quick question. in general lets say i attack wolvering and i roll doubles. he takes 3 clicks after applying toughness. now he falls off a roof. do you apply toughness again and make him take 1 more click, or does he only just to use that toughness on my original attack, and take teh full 2 for falling off?

Impervious WOULD still reduce the damage by two even though you don't get to roll to ignore the falling damage.
No, it would not. Impervious has no effect on knockback damage resulting from Force Blast.

FAQ, Impervious
Impervious has no effect on knockback damage generated by Force Blast, splash damage generated by Energy Explosion, or Poison damage. In none of these cases is the Impervious character the target of an attack.
RCE can be used with Probablitiy Control.
You can perplex the damage up therefore knocking the character back further.
It can be very useful in certain situations.
I believe, that whatever doesn't kill you, makes you stranger.
If you force blast someone off a building do they stop at the next square or keep travelling.
Example
Code:
--- Map edge
...
...
--- Building edge
.x. opposing figure on building
.o. my figure on building
So x is a grounded figure and my figure does 3 damage. x does not have toughness or invulnerability. Do they continue to move on and hit the map edge for an extra click?
