ok i was playing and i used 3 actions but i wanted to break away with U wasp but i herd the free move is only allowed if you actually move so you can use it to regenerate so what if i fail to break away? i will have used 4 actions but if i did get away i could use the free action how dose this work?

You cannot regenerate w/ the free move (Avengers/Brotherhood/JLA) You can only make a straight move. If Wasp wants to breakaway and fails, you can consider this a freemove as well but no other action in a free move.
