I don't know if he's actually worth the 86 points. Howver, he has a more likeable dial than any of the other versions.

He finally gets the Charge/Quake action going on without the need to push. That, and Invulnerability, gives him more of a serious role in things, but his attack values are no longer really good for that cost, and you'll end up swinging wildly trying to touch any modern defense values. Those last clicks of "goop" were cute on cheaper versions... here they become a little embarrassing with the poor attack value.
