200 Points of SuperBrats (Specific Rules are Specific!)
For the first time in weeks (months?) I'm getting to show up for my venues weekly game night. This weeks format has the following rules:
*200 points
*Close Combat Only
*No figure over 75 Points
*Minimum 4-figures per team
If the game is anything like previous CCO games, Hypersonic speed will be reduced to Charge and abilities like Outwit and Perplex will still be useable at range (which gives TK a range combat loophole)
So with those in mind, I decided to go with a theme team I've been interesting in giving a try to: Kids! Yeah, I'm going sneer at social services and throw a bunch of little youngsters into harms way.
My plan is the run the following team:
*HA41 Molly Hayes (43)
*BB42 Robin (43) - (Don't currently own, but expecting to be able to trade for/borrow him from someone if I don't buy another pack and pull him)
*BB20 Damian Wayne (42)
*SI12 Gee (40)
*SI13 Lightspeed (25)
Current Total: 193
I'm currently between Lunge and Vault for a feat to include, probably for use on Robin. Though maybe I could instead include a 'babysitter' Bystander token.
Basic plan is for Hlly and Robin to be my beatsticks/primary attackers, with Damian providing secondary attacker status and late game support and cleanup work when he finally reaches 'Blender Mode' (gotta love the way m0use described his late-game power up). Gee and Lightspeed share taxi/movement support duties, while Gee also gets secondary attacker work thanks to a decent AV and up-front TK if he doesn't have anyone to throw at the opponent (like, say, Molly)
