What does Sharpshooter allow a fig to do?

What does Sharpshooter allow a fig to do?

OK so a fig with Sharpshooter CAN do the following:
1) Shoot (ranged attack) a fig it is based with
2) Shoot a figure using stealth
3) Shoot opponet figs behind other enemy figs

CANNOT DO:
1) Shoot a fig outside of base contact
2) Shoot "through" friendly figures

Anything I missed? Is this all correct? Thanks for any help in advance.

all but the stealth part is correct.
