I honestly always give Doom the edge over Reed. In comics, there's generally two major forces that power 99% of the heroes out there: Magic and Science. Assuming that the two forces are equal:

Reed is absolute #1 in Science, Doom, Pym, Stark etc are all top 10. Easily bottom tier in magical know how.

Strange is #1 in Magic, Doom, Mordru, Le Faye etc are all top 10. Possibly top 100(50?) in science, as he is a medical doctor and world class surgeon.

You could easily put Doom at #2 in both categories.

I know they aren't considering Magic knowledge in the 'top 10 smartest' as far as Cho is concerned, but IMO, Doom reigns supreme.

Actually he'd show up on the TV or Computer, curse you for a fool then shoot your whole city block up into space.

Then use your lifeless remains to secretly replace the toilet paper in Ben Grimm's private bathroom.
