I think I'd take Clown Prince of Crime off and put the AA Joker on instead. Then with that extra fifty points include Holiday Killer. Perhaps with some feats?
1. Do you have Holiday from B&TB? Between his Outwit and his 11 AV for sharing, he's a good figure for adding on to BE teams.
2. If not, do you have Catwoman from Alpha? I think she's better for your team than Penguin from Alpha. Even though she doesn't have range, she brings two things to the table -- end dial Outwit (your team is Perplex heavy and could use an extra Outwit) and B/C/F, with the chance to do big damage. As she has only 2 damage on those clicks, you may as well roll for B/C/F -- she only gets worse on a 1. Finally, because she doesn't have the BE team symbol, you can have her move around the outside of the battle area and be an "independent operator", which is nice because most BE teams tend to bunch up because of the TA.
3. Do you have Firefly? He brings an imporant aspect to BE teams -- flight with Running Shot.
One last thing to consider is Mastermind fodder. Your team as you have it now is all made up of "primary" characters without someone with low enough points to take Mastermind damage. You can use Firefly for that -- he's also only 68 points, so he can take Mastermind damage from your "big hitters" on your team. You could use 40 point Catwoman for that as well.
Yeah, I don't have that Joker unfortunately. I wanted to use Holiday Killer but couldn't really fit him in points wise. I do have Alpha Catwoman but I don't have Firefly either.

This is not a bad suggestion either. The AA Joker is pretty amazing... blasting away at 8 range for 4 damage turn after turn without taking pushing damage is pretty sweet.
