1- Can you throw an object as part of a running shot? If so, i assume the damage would be that of the object (light or heavy)?
2- If you move a friendly character with TK, can that moved character take an action that round or have to wait till next round, like when being carried?
3- Sticking with TK, when moving a character, either friendly or opposing, do they stop their movement if they come in base contact with an opposing character or hindering terrain?
Thanks for the help, still tryin to get all the rules down.
1. No. RS is a power action that gives you a ranged combat action as a free action. TK is another power action. So you can't TK as part of RS.
2. Yes. You can give a figure moved with TK an action the same turn. It is not like being carried.
3. It always helps, and sometimes answers your own question to quote the power in questions:
"For options 1 and 2, a target character would need to break away and ignores the effects of elevated and hindering terrain on movement (but does not ignore the effects of opposing characters on movement)."
So you ignore the hindering but have to stop if the path of the TK moves adjacent to an opposing figure.
Thanks for the answers..on my first question..i was talking about throwing an object with running shot. As in, i pickup or am holding a rock, move and throw it as part of running shot. sorry, if i was vague in my question.

Yes you can do that.
RUNNING SHOT Give this character a power action; halve its speed value for the action. Move this character up to its replacement speed value and it may be given a ranged combat action as a free action

Keep in mind that TK has been errated. For TK Option 1, a break away roll is no longer required.
From the Player's Guide:
Quote
Telekinesis
Give this character a power action and choose one of the following options. For all options, this character must have a clear line of fire to the target and the destination square (to which the target does not affect the line of fire). This character, the target and the destination square must each be 8 or fewer squares away from one another. For options 1 and 2, a target character ignores the effects of elevated and hindering terrain on movement. (1) Move an Opposing Character: This character makes one close combat or ranged combat attack against a single target that deals no damage. If the attack succeeds and the target has or possesses the damage symbol (but is not a multi-base figure), the target can be moved to the destination square.

Great first question.
1) No (though that would be cool, I think a figure should be able to do that, makes sense).

See above. You are correct that it is no TK with Running Shot, but the question was actually can a character carrying an object with Super Strength throw an object while performing a Running Shot and the answer is yes.

While TopDog's quote was off his answer that a character moved by TK ignores hindering terrain, but must stop if it becomes adjacent to an opposing figure was correct.
