Anyone know the order in which I should read this story? With all the one-shots and crossovers and everything? Any help would be much repped.

yeah i've read all the SI comics. and i figured maybe issue 1 of some title would be next...

Dark Avengers is the center of Dark Reign and then turn into Seige for the end. There's also a few one-shot issues around the Cabal that start off the event.

Besides that, you can read Dark X-men and Utopia for the X-men side (They take place around the middle of the event). New Avengers run along with it, but they mostly just deal with the Hood. Thunderbolts are a new team working for Osborn and they run from the early issues of the 120's to early 130's (they're pretty confined to their own book and don't have much to do with the rest). There's also Nick Fury's Secret Warriors, which I think starts the same time as Dark Reign. Everyone else is pretty much on their own. You can read some Thor if you want to catch up on what's going on with Asgard, because it's involved in Seige. Ronin also has an issue where he tries to beat the Dark Avengers.

Dark Reign is such a large over reaching story really nothing has to be read before anything else. Dark avengers is a good start. Mighty avengers ties in some a little ways in. Thunderbolts i thought was great during Dark Reign. You really cant read it out of order .. its not one progressive story its just how things where under Norman. The LIST issues are great and do lead into other things (like the list dare devil really ties into the things we are seeing now in SHADOW LAND) but its mostly one shots.

Don't miss The "Sinister" Spider Man as it's the best of all the tie in books seriously I'd have given money to have that be an ongoing title.
