I'm looking for help with putting Kal-L (from TBatB) on a comic accurate team, if possible. Anybody?

Unless you have one of the other B&B chases, it's going to be pretty difficult. The only possibilities I can think of without them are Kal-L plus Justice League Black Hand, which inconveniently adds up to 302 points, or using other figures to stand in for Black Lanterns.

I'm going to build a 600 point team.

I'm have not been a real steady reader of comics in the last few years (typically wait for the TPB's to appear in my local library) but I do not think the Black Lanterns teamed up with anybody except other Black Lanterns. Makes it real hard to keep comic accuracy.

You could always just go for a Dead Heroes theme, or use monsters and vampires. Black Flash, Morbius, etc.

Or, just get Kal-L a good supporting team and not be too concerned with accuracy: PC (Jason Blood), Peplex (Lyssa Drak, CR Darkseid), TK (Lyssa Drak), and have fun!

The only comic accurate team you can put together with Kal-L revolves around the Blackest Night: Superman appearances. (and this won't give you any theme bonuses)

And quite frankly it's not enough to fill 400 let alone 600 points. Maybe you could Throw in Superman, Krypto or Conner Kent. At the very least it'll be fun to run the team. They did appear in that part of the storyline.

Other than that you have the Black Lantern themed team option. (Assuming you also have the others, which should amount to almost 600 i believe)

Kal-L is 254. Honestly, I'd wait for the Brightest day set since some will probly have black lantern keywords. (Hoping with Captain Boomerang!)

leaves you with 48 points for feats and bystander meat shields.
I'd probably go with auto regen on Kal and MM, and put protected on all three. Gives you six hundred points.
And it's a keyword Black Lantern theme team. Black Hand is really crucial to these guys working and he and MM can take ranged shots while Kal takes care of business in close combat.

and if you have the Black Lantern special object, play that. Let MM carry it around while he makes ranged HSS attacks.
