THX normalview I wasnt sure if thats what they wanted him to do. It makes sense as thats what he does. Of course we have to wait to see the card to verify but that seems to be the way the power would work.

If a character is adjacent to Rulk, they are not one square away.
So those figs get dealt 4 damage.

The only way to be 0 squares from Rulk is to be in the square he occupies.
Adjacent characters are dealt 3 damage.
