Are you looking for a "comic accurate" Thunderbolts team or just based on the keyword?
I did very well recently with a 600-point version of the Ellis Thunderbolts:
HoT Moonstone / Thunderbolts
HoT Songbird / Thunderbolts
HoT Venom / Entangle / Pummel
Penance
V Radioactive Man / Thunderbolts
Sin V Bullseye / Heightened Reflexes
V Green Goblin / Protected
Unfortunately, I don't get to read many comics anymore so comic accuracy is hard for me. I was just going on the keyword, but comic accurate is nice. Thanks for the build.
If I did want to throw accuarcy out the window, what would you change? I really like that Hawkeye.
I have seen that same team, as in RavenProject's post, just with different feats, I think. My runaways (without Gert and Old Lace) with a Thor and Phyla-Vell thrown in did really well the first time, then got stomped the second time. I have only been playing a week, so that would lead me to believe it isn't quite a powerhouse. It seemed to play really well, and Goblin and Venom were the superstars on it. Try it out, I think you will enjoy it!
I've played a smaller version of RavenProject's team, but with Norman Osborn LE from Fantastic Forces instead of V Green Goblin along with the four figures from HoT. It fits 400 points, with the only problem being that it's technically not a Thunderbolts team (although you will still get a theme team bonus- Celebrity).

No problem. I generally dislike using generic keyword teams, but I really appreciate that they allow for some cool comic accurate teams that may not get a non-generic bonus.

Yah, gotta love "happy accidents."
My favorite was still back during the Crisis series of events. I really wanted to run the Original Teen Titans but they fell well short of 300 points. A little fiddling through the keywords yielded a perfect solution.
I really think the redemption Thunderbolts and the Osborn Thunderbolts need to have different keywords. Hawkeye would never have been cool with being on the same team as Venom.

True, but Hawkeye on a scooter isn't cool anyway so I say, "In for a penny. In for a pound."
OP - god bless you for using that Scooter Hawkeye. I can't bring myself to ever use that piece. Its like fielding Batman in a tutu...
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
I know this is a little late on this topic but Recently I used all the HoT Thunderbolts and Cr Psycho Pirate in a 400 pt team, they seem to be working very well together:
HoT Moonstone / Thunderbolts
HoT Songbird / Thunderbolts
HoT Venom / Thunderbolts
HoT Penance/Thunderbolts
Cr Psycho Pirate/ Loner/ Infiltrate
With the ATA it lets you use any marvel TA other than wildcard and usually I pick FF so when one dies I can heal the rest.
Pirate with loner gives him a 19 defense (20 on object!) on the first click and he can perplex -2 on opponents!
Venom and pirate run around tying up and causing a ruckus, and songbird and moonstone doing ranged attacks. Penance is extra I guess cleaning up the leftovers!
