Scientist:

There are 12 Modern Scientists that have decent stats, flight, and RS. Add in a couple that have only Flight and stats and these options appear: Av Flacon 75, Living Laser 91, MM Iron Man 100, Dr. Polaris 111, Alex Luthor 113, Av Iron Man 156, Lex Luthor 161, SI Iron Man 188, Metron 195, SI Dr. Doom 200, SI Victor Von Doom 200, and WoS Iron Man 202. Of those Metron, Lex and Dr. Doom get very sick in 300 point games, but I want to highlight at least 2 Researchers on a team, so we'll be highlighting two of the lower cost pieces; namely MM Iron Man and Living Laser.

The Hammer guys are so straight forward we'll be skipping to Police. The biggest problem with Police is the lack of range in Modern. Outside Bishop, Comm. Gordon, or Green Lantern/Flash you're facing a 6... oh and half the good pieces have HSS and 0 range. That said for fun I suggest:

With the +8 to map choice you should be able to compensate for low range and no flight. Don't push Bishop too soon so that you can maintain 2 shots at Leadership in the early game. Now for some fun. The Mugger and Nurse on a team of Modern pieces without Keywords:
