Do ATAs count towards the feat cap? We've been debating this at our venue for some time now. Certain ATAs (checkmate, LoA, etc.) are so expensive and their average members are so cheap that it would be impossible to play them as a theme team and stay under the 10% rule, so I'm thinking they don't count, but my judge asked me to get an official ruling. Thanks!

ATAs are not considered feats anymore, so they are unaffected by the 10% rule.

And all feats versions of the ATAs (orange borders on the top) have been banned. Only the black bordered versions released by WizKids (available on the WizKids website among other places) are officially legal.
