I have heard rumours that the INDY set will see major rules changes to the game.
Is there any details about what is happening availible?
I like the idea of a 'powers action' to describe Barrier, Regeration etc instaed of a 'move-equivalent' action.
My view on rules:
Flying: Carried figures should not be allowed a move action in the turn they are carried. Anything more of a restriction on taxing would be bad. Do not prevent one flying character from carring another this would be silly.
Outwit is fine just the way it is. If you wanted to limit it perhas saying one target can only have a single power turned off not several each turn. Do not make it an action power!
Perplex should (perhaps) have a limit of only being able to double (a minimum of +1) a characters damage.
Pulse wave should ignore hindering terrain when assigning damage so it can hit Batman team/stealth. Still need to be able to TARGET two ENEMY figures to use it in the first place.
Regenration should do a minimum of one click of healing.
Well, there really is no official list of whats being changed, or to what.
So far, the only things we know are that the flight/carrying rule will change(still no official word on what the new rule actually is), and the inclusion of "Power" action. There is no list of what exactly will fall under the new power actions though.
Pretty much anything else you hear around here is speculation...
