Can a flying character carry another flying character??


If a hovering character is right next to a ground character and he attacks is it considered long range???

for now a flying character can carry another flyer. There is a change brewin for september. A flying character can always make or be the subject of ranged combat.

I thought a flying guy when soaring couldn't make ranged attacks?

And what about when base to base with another hovering flyer? They can't do range then.
