Pretty good. Two target incap for whole dial, mastermind and Ranged Combat expert. Just keep her in range with mastermind fodder and he's solid.

What a waste. Compare her to the rookie version. Her only gains are an extra point of speed on her top click, and an extra click of Incapacitate on the last click (which has a 7:a-fist:). All for 9 more points. E Nebula, which is a mere one point less, blows her away stat-wise. If you didn't win her, you will never need to use her.
