All of rookie Yukio's powers play well together. She's a long dialed (for her points) mystic with damage reducers, that's great and she has a lot of a support power that involves location and a movement power to help with that regard. Her big weakness is being a 57pt piece that won't be attacking or moving a ton. However her TA and support powers make it easy to build around her as a strategy and in larger point games (500+) she can be a major pain.
Offesnively, this figure doesn't offer much. Her usage is pretty limited. In that context, she is a great figure for Wildcard useage of her TA, Mastermind fodder, and to enhance the damage done on ranged attacks. Use her with Vet CT Doom, who she's seems tailor made for.
Yukio likes to ride back seat with Transporter Ghost Rider. She is kind of expensive for Enhancement... but she has 7 clicks of life with Cross Gen/Mystics, so she punishes your opponent for offing her.
