I'm gonna have to wait until I play him to pass judgement. The dial looks fun, full of powers and fairly consistent combat values. 9 keywords are nice for variety, but a lot of them are relatively new and hard to build a team around (Deadpool Corps? I think he's the only one....) The mid and late dial prob control is fun for kicks, but I think the Regeneration Trait is what's going to kill this character for a lot of people. By Murphy's Law, whenever I deal him damage, he'll heal himself, and if I ever play him, I'll end up adding additional damage. Why couldn't he have a Trait similar to this set's Wolverine instead?
Score: 80%. Ridiculous is the right word. That trait must add 50 points or more to his cost. Who knows what crazy teams he'll be on. Even with this great dial, Deadpool falls in the category of 90s characters, so I'm inclined to dislike him. But if I pull him out of a booster, I could get 2-3 other SRs in trade!

A perfect example of what Deadpool should look like in clix. Great values [12 attack?!], a great array of powers [RS, Perplex, RCE, Prob, Flurry], a truckload of keywords and all at a great price. The trait may discourage over-competitive play with him, but its nice to see a fun trait on a character who's goal in the comics was simply to be fun. If every character matched his/her dial like Deadpool does, Heroclix would be better off. 5/5

I respectfully disagree, I don't find his trait comic accurate in the least. If Thor were to give him one to the dome, he should NOT have a 1/6 chance of healing from it.
I wasn't so sure I'd like him before I played him, but every time I did he's either the last or next to last fig to go down--and that's being in the thick of battle!
I do agree that Sharpshooter would've made him perfect, but as is I love this piece. Was planning on trading/selling him but I've decided against it. He's just too awesome!!

Comic accuracy should get somewhere in the range of 7 out of 5. Love that they represented the fact that Deadpool tends to either never go down in a fight or is defeated immediately (definitely my favorite "comic accurate" power since the Sentry) On top of that Wade has a very playable/competitive dial, and mostly is just a whole lot of fun!
That's my real job, you know... I'm a billboard guy. Why don't you check out my work?
I have to say, I was one of those guys who though the dial was just "to random" but in reality his trait is great %50 of the time, which everyone is up in arms about for spider-man. His Numbers are ALWAYS Solid, and having Prob on his regen almost garantees you will end up mid-dial again. Anyone who has played this figure more then once knows, that being mid-dial for deadpool (Might as well be) on the first click. He really does take just a TON of punishment to bring down and often simply outlasts his enemies who cant keep up with his dial CONSTANTLY bouncing back.
I think Deadpool is too expensive. His trait does not help or hurts 50% of the time, for a 158 pt fig with only 7 clicks of life. If he gets based by one or two little figs Deadpool will seem to be worth a lot less than his pts more often than not.
Did surprisingly well in sealed. X-Men friendlies help a lot, and even though his ridiculous regeneration balances out half the time, it makes your opponent frustrated with difficult decisions about what to do with him.
Pulled him in sealed, kept him on his third click with pc, super senses and running shot in two of the games and was able to take out my opponents entire teams with just that click and a little back-up crew. Healing 1 from a critical hit doesn't hurt either :).
To those who think Deadpool should be a sharpshooter.... not so much. More accurately, he's not really a master of anything. His style is point and click without worrying about damage since he heals it. You never see him make particularly accurate shots since he mainly uses machine guns.
Bullseye and Deadpool will clear a board together for sure!
