I'm playing a game of clix through e-mail with a friend of mine. He used Plastic Man's perplex to up Wonder Woman's damage, and then used Close Combat Expert to knock my Bizarro over the fence, as it were. It's my contention, though, that he can't do that, as it says in the faq that Close Combat Expert can't be combined with any power except for Probability control.

Any thoughts? Who's right here?

you are. you cannot combine cce or rce with any other power.
now on the other hand...it is perfectly legal for plastic man to knock down bizarros defense with it.....just cant change any of the #'s on wonder womans dial.

this is stated in very clearly on the faq.

That's a little harsh. Some people do not know all the rules and are not cheating, just a little ignorant.
