if its grounded to elevated or vice versa, hindering only matters if the target is actually in a square of hindering.

Sorry guys - after all the heat that was going on in the HCFL thread I think I got a bit discouraged/saddened with the game playing (plus my laptop literally melting didn't help).

I owe you both though - as in a "thank you" - so I'll give this my best shot.

And the best way if you get discouraged by politics is to play a no thrils no attachment fun game
