If I put Haymaker on Hawkgirl from Brightest day and attack a flyer with a heavy oject would her damage become a 8 for that attack:

1. becomes a 4 because of her trait, +2 more for haymaker, +2 for heavy object

Rule of 3 caps the modification of all combat values, regardless of the source of modification.

If her damage value is normally a 3, then the most it can ever be is a 6 after all modifiers are calculated.

But modifiers to damage dealt (ie critical hits) can still increase it more.

And if you're gonna feat up HGirl i suggest Hold the Line. Only useful for first click but DAMN that can be scary
