Not really that playable in practice given the low attack and the limitations of support. They rarely make a difference unless there are a bunch on the team, and by that point they're not really cheap any more. Would be great point filler except that they always break theme teams.

I like her, she helped keep Mary Jane alive & wildcarding the X-Men & healing figs. I admit, she's a lmited use piece, but she's not that bad for 10 pts.

saved my butt once in a friendly match with a friend, i had nimrod on his first regen click, the nurse on her first click, and mister mind on his first click. My friend had Thor Loki duo fig, and the mighty thor from supernova, i first used auto regen on nimrod to heal one click, and then used support with nurse to heal him another 4 clicks than noiva blasted both of the enemies for 5 clix after perplexing up damage with mister mind. After that it was an easy win, cause after he would hit me nimrods defence would drop low and be easier to heal with nurse

an unfortunate piece that really has no place in the game. if wiz/neca is going to hamper you for using them by not adding a keyword, then why add them at all?
i had little hope of her being effective in a live game, and she performed exactly as i expecte. couldnt hit due to bad AV and was one shotted from the game.

I Used her to heal Cosmic Spiderman, needed an 11! rolled it, followed it up with a 6 and my two friends quit the game. I wouldnt use her other than a filler though.

so are more people going to play her now that she's been on a world championship team?

My personal stand on this piece is thus: in Modern Age if you have 45 points left over put in a Jason Blood, 35 points put in a Roulette, 20 points put in 2 nurses. I'm surprised more people don't consider this piece a staple.

A nurse doesn't belong in a standard super hero/super villain bash; 'nuff said...

She is great to have on a team but I use her as filler mainly. She can be useful but only on rare occasions.

One of my favorite 300 pts. modern pre Gauntlet: Darkseid + 3 Nurses

The experienced (blue ring) Paramedic is same 10 points, but has slightly better attack values, and one more click than the Nurse. And she has Police keyword. No reason to use Nurse over Paramedic.

Night Nurse, on the other hand...

faced just that combo last weekend, managed to take out all 3 nurses in a single shot wth Extant's Damage SP (MULTI-DIMENSIONAL ATTACK)

looks like we're gonna have to use dupes of her to make our own custom Nurse Jokers.....
