There has been quite the discussion at our venue re: transporter Batman and how his trait works and doesn't it reads
ROOFTOP TO ROOFTOP: Batman can use Leap/Climb. Once per turn, if Batman has no action tokens, he can be given a move action as a free action if he ends his movement adjacent to a red boundary line.

The question is what can he do before or after said free action.
1) can he be carried before?
2) Can he charge afterwards?
3) If his friend Edward is in play can he free move AFTER charge?

We have some really varied opinions and would love a little clarity.

No. He's a transporter. (If he wasn't, then you could.
He could as he has not been given a non-free action yet.
Sure. He has no tokens.
