Judge Death is dead too, as is Grim Reaper, Deadman and Ghost - but they don't let it keep them down. Remember, in comics, death is like a case of the flu or food poisoning - it'll incapacitate the hero/villain, but usually not for long. When will the comic writers realize that by stripping death of its permanency, they have stripped the sense of danger from the stories, and thus, there is little sense of thrill or excitement because all of the characters have essentially become immortal.
