I'm sorry if this has already been covered in another thread. I did do a search in the forums but not an extensive one.

I was just wondering with Leech does his power dampening field of 6 squares go through blocking terrain. Example. Leech is in a room and Storm is in the next room within six sqares with a wall inbetween them. Can Storm not be given a power action?

It is always good to quote the power. That being said I'm on my phone and cannot.

Does it say he needs Line of Fire for the power. If yes then it would not work on storm. If no then storm cannot be given power actions.

POWER NEGATION: Other characters within 6 squares can't be given power actions.

No mention of LOF in there, just range

The only criteria is range

More direct: yes, Leech's power would prevent Storm from being given Power Actions.
