Final Kiss: Once during the game on your turn, as a free action you may choose that Gambit/Rogue can't use the duo attack ability or special powers for the rest of the game. If you do, heal Gambit/Rogue 2 clicks and remove all action tokens from them.
Sugah and Spice: Gambit/Rogue can use Force Blast and Penetrating/Psychic Blast. When they use either one, after actions resolve they may use it again as a free action if they take 1 unavoidable damage after that resolves.
Charming Rogues: Gambit/Rogue can use Outwit targeting only adjacent characters. If they do and they counter a standard power, Gambit/Rogue can use that countered power until your next turn.
When I use Final Kiss, do I have to choose between the Duo Attack ability and special powers? Or do I lose both of them?
You lose both. If you use Final Kiss to heal Gambit/Rogue, you can no longer use either the Duo Attack ability or their special powers.
So are they still a character? Can I use the Carry ability on them if they've used Final Kiss?
They still have the symbol, yes, so they still can't be Carried. Final Kiss prevents them from using the combat ability Duo Attack; it does not change their combat symbols in any way.
I heard something about 5 attacks with Penetrating/Psychic Blast and this character... what is that all about?
Basically, we all got a little carried away and forgot about a very important line in the Player's Guide (and now in the 2011 rulebook) that states that a character can't use a free action to activate the same game effect multiple times. This is what prevents, say Outwit, from being used over and over again by the same character in a single turn.
Without develing too deeply into it, let's just say it doesn't matter any more. Sugga and Spice can only be used to give one free action. Since using Penetrating/Psychic Blast is normally activated by a ranged combat action, you can give this duo a ranged combat action to activate the power normally, then give them a free action to activate it a second time, and that's the end of it. Two uses of Penetrating/Psychic Blast.
Do Gambit/Rogue need to able to draw line of fire to use Charming Rogues?
No. Normally, Outwit does indeed require line of fire. However, according to the Player's Guide, a special power (like this one) that specifies that the Outwit is used on adjacent characters does not require that line of fire be drawn to those adjacent characters. So they could counter an adjacent character's Stealth (and then use it themselves, thanks to this power).
