If I am understanding things correctly (probably not), a character can only be given one free action a turn.

My question: How does this work for things like outwit or perplex? Example : The Question. She can outwit and Perplex. Can she only do one or the other since only one free action can be given?

Another example: A character has outwit and charge. Since charge has a free action component, does that mean that character can not outwit the same turn the charge?

A character can be given more than one free action per turn. It just cannot activate the same effect more than once (in most cases at least).
Question is a poor example though since she has to choose between Outwit and Perplex.
