Quick question about map choice at tournaments.

If I pick the space map, can my opponent opt to not play with the special rules? Or are all maps with special rules required to use them?

The Asgardian Fountain map specifically say that it is not for official play in the special rules.

The rest are fine. Part of choosing the map is you get to choose the entire map, special rules and all. Your opponent does like the map you chose (for whatever reason)? Too bad for him
