Ok, so her attack value has "rookie" written all over it... it's easy to forget that while her evil sister doesn't have that problem, Starfire makes up for it by the addition of Flight and her TA, which give her utility as a team player. Sporting great speed and range, she can still threaten to make hits when a piece becomes exposed. With 4 damage, she's guaranteed to clean up an injured piece in one or two shots. She may never be a grand sure-fire opening attack, but she will make an opponent relying on damage reducers instead of high defenses regret not hiding behind cover.
