Third one looks cool

Third one.Fortitude can not be put on duos

I think I'd go with the third one out of these picks, though each one of them lacks a bit of mobility. For me, having a TKer on the team is almost an essential. At least give Namor the Kinetic Accelerator if you use the third team.
