I see a new thread button when viewing the list of threads in the sub-forum, but not when viewing the specific posts in a given thread. Does that help?
sigh - it helps by telling me that i aint blind - but now i am forced to ask another stupid question - how do i get to subforums - i dont even see anythign listed under current forums
News, Articles & Original Content
Polls/Surveys
MonPoc General Discussion
and so on.
each of those headings is a specific sub forum. When you click on one of those it brings up a list of specific threads that are in that sub forum, so when you click on News, Articles & Original Content it takes you to that sub-forum and there should be a New Thread button at the top and bottom of the list of threads.
How are you even getting to this thread to read then if you are not starting at the front, clicking on "News, Articles & Original Content" and then clicking on this thread title?
Clicking on the words "News, Articles & Original Content" on the front page should take you to this screen and there is a new thread button right below the word "Polls" in "Polls/Surveys"
thats just it - that screen shot is not what i see - i can access the home page "monpocrealms.com" and the only links are to whatever threads appear on that page - no sub forums - no link to sub forums - no categories - just the quantum thread, the poll etc - which is why i was forced to ask this dippy question in this thread - it is 1 of 5 threads i can see
how are u getting to the screen that u took a screen shot of
OK, I think I have replicated what is happening for you. I have no idea what that screen is but I see the problem now.
I was going to go through this whole involved description of where the links are to get you to someplace more useable, then I realized I could just post a link of the relevant pages.
