Hulk was a lot of fun this week. Parker's good at creating moments that make me go "Wait, whaaaa...?"

I just finished reading that.
It's a pretty good read, but I was kind hoped it'd be like the first one from years back when the various Cap's banded together, including "Commie Smasher". Instead, it's a fairly different line-up. But still, a good read.

Including American Dream was a nice touch.
And having Mister Buda/Contemplator/Tath Ki working his magic (again) to get this Cap Corps together was also a nice touch.

Made this plea in other threads but, hopefully, this time it'll catch someone's attention:

Despite the fact I drop $200/week with my comic store, because they have to ship to me (instead of me being able to make it to their brick-n-mortar), they don't ever send me any of the "free stuff".

That means, I'm getting shafted on obtaining the Flashpoint pins. Most of them I don't care about but I dearly want a "Legion of Doom" one (a rare "geek-out" moment for me as I usually don't get those sort of things...all my "geek stuff" is required to remain "out of sight" at home, by order of the spouse). So, if anyone has an LoD pin they don't care about, hit me up and I'll try my best to make you a good deal on it.

I can't say your initial message didn't catch my intention, but I guess the thought of trading away the LoD pin isn't something that initially crossed my mind as something I'd want to do.

Anybody that likes Sci-Fi or Westerns might want to check out the Deadlands Issue # 0 one shot. Its part of the Doomtown card game and story verse which was a pretty awesome combination of everything you can imagine : cowboys, outlaws, indians, men in black, angels, demons, pirates, ninjas, etc.

Also picked up Legion of Doom #1. It was pretty bad. Doesn't fill me with hope for Suicide Squad by the same writer after the relaunch.
