DCU The Source blog - "Reported Attack Page!"?????
Okay, is anyone else getting a "Reported Attack Page!" warning from Firefox while trying to surf to The Source? It looks like the site may have been hacked and has been implanting some hidden malware without DC's knowledge...

When it comes to Superman and Batman, Grant Morrison is nothing but a 50's cover band in a 70's psychedelic funk style.
The warning is generated by Google, not by Firefox or by a locally-installed AV software application. I've seen a LOT of this around the Web lately and I'm thinking it's the latest "annoyance metagame" online: get a bunch of people to "report" a site to see if you can get it blocked. It briefly happened to reddit a couple of weeks or so ago, IIRC.

I found it strange that there was no identification as to where the warning was coming from, so I closed my browser without touching anything on the page. Strange site to attack.

It's on there, very small, near the bottom of the block of text, along with a link. It's allegedly Google-generated. As I discovered later, clicking that link takes you to a statistics page showing the number of attempted attacks per the test number of page loads. There's no way to tell whether it's legit or the result of a hack, though.

ADDENDUM: Apparently legit. It's now coming up on regular Google search pages with the warning "This site may harm your computer".
