Just wondering! If we are going to have a separate unit tag for CAP gravity feed dials or are they going to be in the Cap set with a different color designation?

Yes; we go with the set numbering; so it's completely dependent on how WizKids chooses to Set/Number them. This is mainly for collectors.

Wouldn't be better to have a separate entry for the Captain America Gravity Feed and the regular set, just like the Fats force and Gravity Feed for Green Lantern ?

It's all about the set symbols and numbering scheme. Captain America was designed to exist in the same "set", Green Lantern reuses collectors numbers so there is a collision.
