I am glad I saw this thread. In our sealed event last night, we ruled it correctly. 'Not affected' does not mean 'not targeted' is what we ruled.

It is such a bad feeling when something is ruled at a tourney, then I come on here the next day and find that we made a mistake. Good to know that's not the case here.
