My question are you able to use your perplex, outwit, or pc since the doorway is open but you don't move to the otherside of the opening? I was thinking not, but not sure. The only reason is, i was watching a game where the other guy was using his outwit but not moving to the otherside of wall that was open.

It looks to me like the only thing it gets ignored for is movement. Not for powers.

The wall or blocking terrain is still there, characters just ignore it for movement purposes. So you can't draw lines of fire through it any more than you normally could.
