Would you be able to use telekinesis to move a figure, the target the same figure with another figure with telekinesis and move them another 8 squares?
Would you be able to use telekinesis to move place a figure, the target the same figure with another figure with telekinesis and move place them another 8 squares?
Yes. There is nothing preventing the same figure from being targeted with telekinesis twice. (And i fixed your wording from "move" to "place." Small difference grammatically, big difference as a rules term.)

Its called sling-shotting.
Something I do often. TK got bashed since the new rules change but it's still highly effective.

TK is better than ever with the new rules if you know what you're doing. Letting it *place* figures instead of moving them is by FAR worth the trade-off for more restrictive LOF, and that's not even including its new Stealth-busting capabilities too.

^^^^^Someone who knows how to use TK.
It remains one of my favorite powers. I almost never go w/out it.
Slingshot to Gem/Key for a quick roll. Fantasmic.

I was about to post this as a question as well, but then I saw you mentioned it, so I will just keep it all here. How does telekinesis work when attacking stealth? I understand that you are targeting the "Square" and not the character, so how would you roll to attack?
Thanks in advance!

When designating an object as A and making an attack, the
only line of fire required is to square B. The attacked
character does not have a line of fire drawn to it and, as
such, would not benefit from a hindering terrain bonus
(even if the target is using Stealth while occupying
hindering terrain). It is still a target of a ranged combat
attack, though, so powers like Energy Shield/Deflection,
Shape Change and Super Senses would still activate.
A character with TK still can't use TK after being TKed.

A friendly character placed via Telekinesis can still be
given a non-free action the turn it was moved (though it
cannot use Telekinesis).
